i really like the castle scenes, by far my favorite scenes in the entire episode. it just… you can FEEL anomi’s desperation as they finally reach the castle and as they try to cross the tight rope. you can feel their despair as the memory corrupts when they finally DO reach the castle. the poetic irony of anomi’s void drone’s being the thing to ruin and corrupt the memory, a sign of their influence corrupting the source void. the fucking “im gone” message. ough. anomidae when i catch you.
